2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The Administrator processes Users' personal data for the purpose of:

Proper communication with a potential patient/client who contacts the facility to schedule an appointment, consultation, or obtain information about the offer.
Managing the appointment booking process and providing therapeutic, psychological, and dietary services.
Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the data administrator (e.g., storing tax and accounting documentation).
Securing and pursuing possible claims or protection against claims from the User.

If the User gives a separate, voluntary consent, the data may also be processed for the purpose of sending information about news, workshops, or support groups organized by the Center.

3. TYPE OF DATA

For communication and appointment scheduling purposes, the Administrator typically processes the following personal data provided by the User:

First and last name;

Phone number.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Data processing is based on the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), necessity for taking actions before entering into a service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for scheduling an appointment and establishing contact.

5. RIGHTS OF THE USER

The User has the following rights:

Data processed for the purpose of handling a contact inquiry is deleted after the correspondence is concluded, unless cooperation is established. In the case of using the Center's services, data is retained for the period required by law (including limitation periods for claims, tax regulations).

7. ENTRUSTING DATA PROCESSING TO OTHER ENTITIES

The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to verified cooperating entities, solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the website and the service of the Center (e.g., website hosting provider, appointment booking system provider, accounting office). Users' personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the User. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
