The pillars of our work in the Space of Introspection:
1. True integration (Mind + Body + Diet): We do not treat in isolation from the whole. Our team consists not only of psychotherapists but also clinical dietitians and somatic therapists (including physiotherapists and osteopaths). This allows us to look at your problem broadly: we combine therapeutic work with support for the functioning of your body and nervous system.
2. Specialization in trauma and somatics: We are distinguished by deep work with the body. We are experts in psychotraumatology and somatic therapies (including unique neuroregulatory methods such as SSP, craniosacral therapy, and Somatic Experiencing). We help release tension, anxiety, and the effects of trauma directly from the body, where words sometimes do not reach.
3. Relationship as the foundation of change: Regardless of the method, we base our work on authentic contact. We draw from various approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Gestalt, CBT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), to create a safe space where you can be fully yourself.
4. Comprehensive support for the whole family: We create an ecosystem of support for adults and children. We offer individual, couple, and family therapy, as well as specialized diagnosis and therapy for children. We support parents in understanding their children's developmental needs, providing tools to build a peaceful home.
5. Safety and Professionalism: Each of our specialists has relevant education, certifications, and undergoes regular supervision of their work. We are a team that constantly evolves to offer the most effective, scientifically validated methods of assistance.
Specializes in working with emotions, healing the effects of trauma, and building authentic relationships. Combines over 20 years of experience working with people in various environments with the latest neurobiological knowledge. In her practice, she integrates a solution-focused approach (SFBT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) with deep body work (Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy).
How does she work? At the heart of her methodology is the belief that lasting change requires the collaboration of the mind, emotions, and body. Therefore, in the therapeutic process, she utilizes:
Work with the mind and emotions: Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
Work with the body and nervous system: Focusing techniques, Somatic Experiencing, and a deep understanding of the physiology of stress to restore stabilization and inner balance.
Modern neuroregulatory methods: Safe and Sound Protocols (SSP) and Rest and Restore (RRP) that support emotional regulation in children and adults.
For whom? On a daily basis, she accompanies adults (individually and in pairs) and supports families. Helps parents (biological and adoptive) in building a secure bond with their child and better understanding the needs of both parties, supports women in the challenges of motherhood. At the center of her work is the relationship – based on empathy, presence, and respect for the individual pace and experience of each person. She believes that deep change is possible when the body, mind, and emotions work together in full integration, creating a harmonious whole. This approach forms the foundation of her practice at the Center for Therapy and Development Space for Introspection in Piaseczno.
Unique specialization: offers therapy and development with the assistance of horses (Horse Assisted Education & Therapy). This method allows work with authenticity and boundaries in a lively, safe interaction, significantly accelerating the process of building self-awareness.
Izabela is a member of the International Center for Emotion-Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), the Polish Association of Solution-Focused Therapy, and the American Psychological Association (APA). She regularly participates in supervision, training, and conferences, continually expanding her knowledge and refining her skills. This enables her to provide support at the highest level, ensuring confidentiality and safety in collaboration.
Agnieszka creates a space in the Space of Introspection where there is no need to correct oneself or forcefully fit in with anyone. There is time here for what is difficult, uncomfortable, and ambiguous. Without judgment and without trivializing. In a world that keeps repeating 'it will be fine', Agnieszka provides space , to say: 'I am scared' or 'I don’t know what to do.' Agnieszka is a psychologist, a graduate of a 5-year program at SWPS University in Warsaw. She works in the Ericksonian approach, which is based on the deep belief that every person has within them the resources necessary for change. Sometimes they are simply hidden, forgotten, or buried under fear, loss, or the experience of illness. She sees her role as helping another person reach these resources at their own pace and in a way that ensures a full sense of safety . In her office, she combines dialogue and reflection on values with mindfulness. She is close to an integrative approach - drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (including ACT ) and Solution-Focused Therapy ( SFT ). The most important thing for her is the relationship based on authenticity and flexible adaptation to the needs of the client. In her practice, Agnieszka also deals with the diagnostic process of ADHD in adults and accompanies individuals who are neurodiverse in better understanding their own patterns of behavior. She wants what you work on during sessions to translate into regaining stability and agency in your daily life. Her professional and personal journey has shown her that lasting change rarely arises from pressure. It often begins with a mindful examination of what hurts and giving it meaning. Agnieszka accompanies the process of sorting through this experience without imposing ready-made answers. We invite you to Agnieszka for therapy and psychological consultations, as well as psycho-oncological support for those experiencing: chronic anxiety, stress, and excessive tension in the body, life, professional, and emotional crises, neurodiversity (ADHD diagnosis in adults and therapeutic support), addictions ( psychological support for individuals struggling with addictions ), loss of meaning, direction, and motivation, overload of responsibility and burnout, difficulties in building and maintaining relationships, oncological or other chronic diseases (support for patients and their loved ones/caregivers). Agnieszka directs her support to adults as well as children and adolescents (10+), combining solid clinical knowledge with rich professional experience.
Maja creates a space in the Introspection Space where you can simply be yourself: without judgment, pressure, or expectations. She invites you to a safe space, where you can calmly take a breath and shed what overwhelms you. If you feel emotions taking over and you're missing contact with your own needs in the daily rush, Maja will help you pause and gently examine what is alive within you.
Instead of looking for blame or analyzing mistakes, Maja sees you as a whole. She combines the solid knowledge of the Gestalt approach with body work, which she treats as a compass showing your tensions, boundaries, and unacknowledged desires. She is close to the practice of mindfulness, meditation, and the philosophy of vipassana, teaching how not to get swept away by difficult thoughts and how to build a much warmer, grounded, and supportive relationship.
In Maja's office, you won't receive rigid strategies or checklists to tick off. You set the pace. Change arises from authentic, honest conversation and the feeling that someone is truly listening to you and accepting you, even when shame, anger, or helplessness arise. Privately, Maja is a mother of a small child, which gives her great sensitivity to the challenges of parenting, the difficulties of the perinatal period, and how hard it can sometimes be to take care of oneself when others need us.
How can Maja help you?
in regaining breath and calmness: when stress, anxiety, or a low mood drain your energy, and work starts to burn you out.
in taming difficult emotions: when you feel overwhelmed by emotions and want to learn how to handle them safely.
in relationships with others: when interactions with people bring tension, and you want to understand why you repeat certain patterns.
in the challenges of being a parent: when you feel you are giving your all, but lack space for yourself or are dealing with a perinatal crisis.
in hearing your own body: when you feel you are living in constant tension and want to learn to read its signals better.
Maja works with adults as well as children and adolescents (10+). She is a psychologist (a graduate of a 5-year program at SWPS University in Warsaw) and a psychotherapist undergoing comprehensive training at the renowned Gestalt Institute, which has accreditation from international psychotherapy organizations (EAP, EAGT). She ensures her work is safe, regularly seeking supervision and continuously developing her skills by participating in training and workshops.
If you simply need someone to talk to and rearrange your thoughts – Maja warmly invites you.
Dominika works with adults who have reached a point where their previous way of functioning is no longer sufficient.
Sometimes something specific has happened: a breakup, a job change, a diagnosis of ADHD or ASD, a crisis, an experience of loss. Sometimes it is hard to pinpoint a single reason; there is simply a feeling: "I don't want to live like I have been, but I don't yet know how I want to live." She is particularly close to those who have functioned well on the outside for years, achieved a lot, and "managed," while internally paying a high price for it. She brings nearly 20 years of experience managing teams in business to this work. This allows her to view the world with full understanding and reliability, where being always "together" is the norm, and the price for constant effectiveness becomes a disconnection from oneself.
She also supports women who received a late diagnosis of ADHD or ASD and are trying to understand their history anew: previous difficulties, overwhelm, feelings of being "different," issues with organization or emotions. A diagnosis often brings relief but also opens up many new questions.
She also works with adoptive parents. She understands that in this journey, love alone is sometimes not enough – she supports the development of specific tools to help cope with daily challenges and build a secure bond.
You don’t have to know right away what comes next. Psychotherapy doesn’t always start with a clearly defined goal. Often the first step is simply to stop and say: "I don’t know what’s happening to me."
In the Gestalt approach, Dominika helps to observe what is happening here and now – emotions, needs, relationships, bodily reactions and the ways you try to cope. She does not provide ready-made answers nor does she try to fit you into a specific model of life. Instead, she helps you hear your own answers.
As a result, you can gradually:
When you need direction: coaching
Not every situation requires psychotherapy. Sometimes you primarily need to organize the situation, name the goal, and translate it into action. In her coaching work, Dominika helps you see what you really want, what stands in your way, and what the next step will be for you. The starting point is always what you bring and what you currently need.
Dominika is a psychotherapist currently undergoing 4 years of training at a school accredited by the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). She is developing competencies in psychotraumatology, regularly utilizes supervision, and participates in specialized training and workshops.
In her private life, she paints – because some things are hard to express in words.
Martyna is a graduate ofa master's degree in physiotherapy. She successfully completed a 4-year program inosteopathy under the guidance of an international faculty, earningthe title D.O. This solid medical background forms the foundation of her precise work with the body. In her practice, she follows a modern, biopsychosocial model – viewing the body as an inseparable whole, precisely analyzing and helping to remove the actual cause of tension.
Her education and clinical experience encompass a broad range of knowledge about the human body, including issues in the areas oforthopedics, neurology, and urogenital physiotherapy. At the Space of Introspection, Martyna translates this deep anatomical knowledge directly into safe osteopathy sessions andmanual somatic therapy.
By combining reliable knowledge with mindfulness and full respect for the client's boundaries, she creates a space where the nervous system can finally let go of the 'fight or flight' mode. She supports clients through gentle, external manual work, which is an excellentcomplement to psychotherapeutic and dietary processes, helping to release the effects of chronic stress from the body.
What can you seek support for?
Martyna supportsadults and children in the following areas:
• Psychosomatics and the nervous system: Through safe stimulation of the nervous system (including the vagus nerve), she helps to remove the 'tension armor' from the body. This invaluable support is beneficial for insomnia, chronic fatigue, and physical pains that intensify during difficult life moments.
• Visceral and respiratory therapy: It alleviates discomfort from the digestive system, such as chronic bloating, reflux, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). She works with breathing pattern disorders, helping to release the diaphragm and chest that are blocked due to stress.
• Perinatal care and safe pelvic work: Using gentle, external osteopathic techniques, she supports pregnant women (alleviating pelvic and spinal pain). She conducts modern work with scars (e.g., from cesarean sections, abdominal surgeries), and supports women struggling with endometriosis and painful menstruation.
• Back pain and musculoskeletal tension: She comprehensively supports the musculoskeletal system, from alleviating the effects of overexertion, discopathy, and sciatica, to discomfort related to degenerative changes.
• Headaches, bruxism, and the facial skull: She provides relief for tension headaches, recurring migraines, tinnitus, and dizziness. She effectively supports individuals who clench their teeth due to stress (bruxism) and those with temporomandibular joint issues (clicking, jaw popping).
Whether you are dealing with chronic tension, pain, or simply feel that your body needs calming after a difficult time – you are in good hands.Check available appointments and book a visit.
Clinical dietitian, a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Medical Sciences in the field of Dietetics (Faculty of Health Sciences with the Institute of Marine and Tropical Medicine). Originally trained as a cosmetologist with a specialization in spa & wellness. Her specialization exploring the philosophy of wellness has directed her towards a holistic view of another personas an integrated whole rather than just perceiving them through the prism of their current appearance - the condition of their skin, hair, nails, or overall figure. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in the topic of the impact of nutrition on health and well-being.
As a dietitian, she aims to particularly help those who want to regain health, a beautiful body, energy, and joy of life. Her priority is to place the other person at the center. In her work, she is guided by empathy and sincerity - she cares that every person feels cared for and understood, and that there is an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect during collaboration. She always emphasizes an individual approach - because every person has a different story…
She is keen for nutritional recommendations to be tailored to current needs, expectations, health status, and lifestyle rhythm. In planning menus, she follows the principle that diets should be simple to prepare and the products generally available.
She believes that a well-chosen diet and conscious supplementation can realistically support the treatment of many diseases and improve quality of life.
She helps others become a healthier and more beautiful version of themselves. So that they feel better in their own bodies, have better well-being, more energy to act, and build their lives on their own terms.
Maga creates a safe haven for those who feel overwhelmed, cut off from their own needs, or trapped in tensions that cannot be "talked through" with words alone. With nearly twenty years of experience in working with people, Maga not only accompanies the change process but also offers deep, proven tools that help regain real influence over one's well-being.
How does Maga work? In the office, she combines three powerful pillars that allow work in areas where logical thinking alone is not enough:
Mindfulness (MBSR): As a certified Mindfulness teacher, she teaches how to stop the racing thoughts and befriend one's own "here and now."
Working with the body, with the nervous system (Somatic Experiencing): Helps safely release tensions and traumas stored in the body, restoring a sense of safety and mental resilience.
Gentleness and regeneration (Craniosacral Therapy): Through the ICB method, she supports deep relaxation of the body, allowing for cellular-level regeneration.
Her approach is conscious and responsible. Maga believes that lasting change does not require force, but mindfulness and time. It is work that not only reduces stress but builds solid foundations for a new, calmer life.
We invite individuals to individual sessions, courses, and workshops (in-person and online) who:
live in chronic stress and feel close to burnout,
struggle with somatic ailments (tensions in the body, insomnia, fatigue) whose cause lies in emotions,
want to learn to regulate their nervous system and cope better with difficult emotions,
need deep rest and to regain contact with their own body,
are looking for professional support based on knowledge of neurobiology and years of practice.
Give yourself a chance to meet someone who possesses knowledge and calm developed over two decades of work. Maga will help you find your way to inner stability.
Zofia is a certified Therapist in craniosacral therapy (Biodynamic Approach). In her therapeutic work, she combines deep knowledge of physiology with the gentleness of the biodynamic approach. She creates a safe space where the body can regenerate, and the nervous system can calm down. She works with subtle touch, supporting individuals struggling with pain, chronic tension, fatigue, and reduced psychophysical well-being.
She has specialized training for working with pregnant women, newborns, and infants. She completed advanced training related to working with the youngest patients (including "Principles of Therapeutic Work with Pregnant Women, Newborns, and Infants" and "Working with Children – Principle of Prudence"), which allows her to safely support little ones in regulating tensions that arise, for example, from a difficult birth.
In adult therapy, she focuses on restoring the natural flow of bodily fluids and harmony in the body (working with "Breath of Life"). Her competencies also include supporting the immune system and working with the meninges, which is crucial for headaches and migraines.
We invite adults seeking relief and regeneration, as well as parents with infants and children of all ages needing gentle developmental support.
